Fideuá de Verduras Ingredientes para cuatro personas: 1 kg Verduras variadas (Puerro, calabacín, habas, espárragos, champiñones, pimiento rojo, pimiento verde, cebolla). Pechuga de pollo empanada
Os mostramos un plato muy fácil de preparar, muy rico y saludable con escamas de pimiento agridulce y pimentón agridulce. Las pechugas de pollo empanadas, junto con el brócoli y las patatas constituye una comida completa, sana y equilibrada.
