Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en Vegacervera  (León) los días  30 de noviembre y 1 de diciembre en los cuales se celebrara la XXIX edición de la ya conocida feria de Cecina de Chivo de Vegacervera, declarada de Interés Comarcal.

En esta feria son protagonistas los embutidos y carnes curadas, así como la excepcional cecina de castrón, de chivo o, como se cita popularmente, de «Dios nos libre». También se puede disfrutar del ambiente festivo, en el que no faltará la exaltación del folklore leonés y la exposición y venta de los diferentes productos artesanos. Más info AQUÍ

Nuestra empresa presentará sus variedades de pimentón; Dulce, Agridulce y Picante, las cuales están transformadas de las variedades de pimiento cultivadas integramente   en la comarca de La Vera e imprescindible en toda cocina que se precie, así como fundamental en la curación de un buen chorizo.

Mostraremos las novedades que hemos desarrollado enlas últimas semanas, tales como las escamas de ñora  escamas de picante ideales para sazonar la cocina de Castilla y León.
