Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en Palencia  donde se celebra del 31 de enero al 3 de febrero, siendo el día 2 de febrero la Festividad de Nuestra Señora la Virgen de la Calle, conocida como la de “Las Candelas“, patrona de la capital, y que tiene su origen en recuerdo al pasaje bíblico de la Presentación del Niño Jesús en el Templo de Jerusalén, como símbolo de que su venida para iluminar a todos como la vela o las candelas. Presentaremos las variedades de pimentón: Dulce, Agridulce y Picante, así como las escamas en sus distintas variedades imprescindibles en la cocina Palentina.
