Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en el mercado de  Liérganes, que  acoge los próximos 12 y 13 de octubre una nueva edición del Mercado de Otoño de los Valles Pasiegos, que es una cita que con el paso de los años se ha convertido en un referente de cuantos se celebran en la comarca y también en el resto de Cantabria, alcanzando la participación de más de quince mil personas a lo largo de todo el fin de semana. El evento contará con la presencia de más de cuarenta artesanos y productores, treinta de ellos del territorio pasiego, además de una gran oferta de actividades complementarias para todas las edades.

Nuestra empresa presentará las variedades de pimentón; dulce, agridulce y picante, las cuales las elaboramos siguiendo unos criterios de calidad muy estrictos. Toda nuestra producción se transforma de variedades de pimientos cultivados integramente en La Comarca de La Vera.

Tanto en la cocina cántabra como en la matanza tradicional del cerdo, nuestro pimentón es un gran aliado para conservar y para sazonar los platos de esta tierra.
