Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en Ibeas de Juarros (Burgos) con motivo de la XI edición de la Feria de La Alubia Roja de Ibeas

La Alubia Roja de Ibeas es una variedad local de leguminosa cuya semilla es de color morado intenso, redonda, fina y brillante, y que históricamente ha sido la base de un plato tan típicamente burgalés como la “Olla Podrida”.

La Alubia Roja de Ibeas fue durante muchos años un cultivo básico para los habitantes de la zona, siendo una desconocida en lugares próximos, incluso a escala provincial. Actualmente, fuera de la comarca, tampoco resulta fácil encontrarlas en mercados o restaurantes.

El nombre, ya consolidado, surge del lugar donde se produce más abundantemente, Ibeas de Juarros. Sus principales mercados se encuentran en las propias localidades productoras y Burgos ciudad, a través de comercios especializados de alimentación y restaurantes.

Mostraremos las novedades que hemos desarrollado en las últimas semanas, tales como las escamas de ñora y las  escamas de picante ideales para sazonar la cocina Castilla.
