Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en Cagas de Narcea (Asturias) desde el 11 al 13 de octubre, con motivo de la XVII de la feria de la vendimia.

La fiesta de la vendimia estará declarada Fiesta de Interés Turístico del Principado de Asturias. Las calles céntricas de la villa se llenan de puestos de artesanía, productos tradicionales y sobre todo, las bodegas de Vino de Calidad de Cangas. La escenificación del transporte de la uva en un carro del país y la tradicional «pisada de uva» son algunos de sus principales actos.

El producto que fabricamos encaja a la perfección en la filosofía de vida de la cuenca minera asturiana, ya que en él se identifica la calidad de los productos que los asturianos encontraban ya hace años.

Nuestra empresa presentará sus variedades de pimentón; Dulce, Agridulce y Picante, las cuales están transformadas de las variedades de pimiento cultivadas íntegramente   en la comarca de La Vera e imprescindible en toda cocina que se precie, así como fundamental en la curación de un buen chorizo.

Mostraremos las novedades que hemos desarrollado en las últimas semanas, tales como las escamas de ñora  escamas de picante ideales para sazonar la cocina Asturiana.
