Pimentón La Ristra estará presente en Orihuela  (Alicante), del 31 de enero al 2 de febrero, bajo el marco de la XXII edición del Mercado Medieval de Orihuela, que tendrá lugar en centro histórico, como cada año, se convierte en la Edad Media celebrando el Mercado Medieval. Un evento con música, bailes, títeres, animaciones teatrales, talleres de oficios antiguos.

Mercado con el olor de las especias, el color de los productos artesanales y el sabor de los alimentos tradicionales cocinados en los distintas paradas.

El origen de la feria se remonta a 1272, cuando el rey Alfonso X el Sabio concede una feria anual a Orihuela.

Como ya es costumbre, presentaremos nuestras variedades de pimentón: Dulce, Agridulce y Picante, así como las escamas, las cuales sazonan la cocina local, dándole un valor añadido de aroma y sabor a la cocina valenciana.
