Smoked dried sweet peppers of the ‘Ñora’ variety, from our family harvest. Peppers are smoke-dried with holm oak wood, which will bring a very characteristic and intense flavour to your dishes, a real added value. An essential ingredient for those who appreciate smoked touches without using paprika. Our smoked sweet peppers are highly appreciated in Northern Spain: in Galician seafood soup, in the Basque Country to prepare marmitako and in Catalonia it goes well with the romesco sauce to eat calçots.
This format is perfect for those who use our smoked sweet peppers regularly. The bag has a two-year expiry date since the harvest in September.
