Smoked Sweet-sour pepper string (160-170g)
Pepper string of the ‘Jaranda’ variety, from our family harvest. Peppers are smoke-dried with holm oak wood, which will bring a very characteristic and intense flavour to your dishes, a real added value. An essential ingredient for those who appreciate smoked sweet-sour touches without using paprika. The pleasant flavour of these peppers is highly appreciated in Extremadura. An exceptional ingredient to prepare stews, ‘migas’, potatoes, tomato soups, vegetables, etc.
This pepper string is perfect to be hanged in the kitchen while eventually using the peppers one by one. They have a two-year expiry date since the harvest in September.
