Pimentón La Ristra is a small traditional family farm from Jaraíz de La Vera (Spain) dedicated to the artisan production of smoked paprika, produced with the peppers from our own harvest, grown by the banks of the Tiétar river. We grow the three typical pepper varieties of our region: sweet, sweet-sour and spicy. Our annual production is relatively low compared to our competitors and therefore our guarantee is an extremely high quality.
Our products are very welcomed and highly appreciated because of their artisan and delicate production.
